Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise-level Salesforce (SFDC) systems.

Leverage strong proficiency in enterprise integration technologies to seamlessly connect Salesforce with other systems (bonus for RedHat Fuse/Camel expertise).

Champion complex Salesforce projects, providing technical architecture leadership for at least 3 years.

Bridge the gap between business and IT by collaborating with executives to understand client needs and translate them into comprehensive business and technical solutions.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SFDC architecture to make informed design decisions.

Integrate Salesforce.com with third-party solutions, ensuring seamless data flow.

Design and implement various frameworks, architectural patterns, and integration patterns to optimize the Salesforce landscape within the enterprise.

Lead and mentor technical developer teams, guiding them in design, coding, code review, migrations, deployments, and best practice implementation.

Foster clear communication across all levels, effectively articulating complex concepts to business users, IT teams, and client leadership.
Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience designing and implementing technical architectures for enterprise-level Salesforce (SFDC) systems.

Strong proficiency in enterprise integration technologies. Prior experience with RedHat Fuse/Camel is highly desirable.

Possession of certifications in Salesforce and/or relevant integration technologies (preferred).

Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading the technical architecture design for complex Salesforce implementations and overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise projects.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT executives to identify client needs and define comprehensive business and technical solution architectures.

A thorough understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on design decisions.

Proven experience in evaluating and integrating Salesforce.com with third-party solutions.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing various frameworks, architectural patterns, and integration patterns within an enterprise landscape.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
