Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), dashboards, reports and email services.

  • Configure and write high-quality, maintainable and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

  • Achieve at least 80% code coverage with unit tests for all custom code.

  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into actionable tasks and present developed solutions.

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, manage tasks and ensure effective communication within the development team.

  • Contribute to creating technical documentation and building prototypes to illustrate functionality.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven Salesforce experience: Highlight the depth of your expertise.

  • Agile Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering a complete Salesforce project using Agile methodology.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience: Emphasize practical experience with LWC, Aura, and Apex.

  • Integration Expertise (Preferred): Demonstrate ability to integrate using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs.

  • SDFX Mastery: Proficient in using SFDX tools for efficient development and deployment.


Technical Skills:

  • Lightning Platform & Community Pro: Deep understanding and expertise in the Salesforce Lightning platform and communities.

  • Cloud Savvy: Proficiency in at least Sales, Service Cloud functionalities and/or broader cloud experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
