Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), dashboards, reports and email services.
Configure and write high-quality, maintainable and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Achieve at least 80% code coverage with unit tests for all custom code.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into actionable tasks and present developed solutions.
Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, manage tasks and ensure effective communication within the development team.
Contribute to creating technical documentation and building prototypes to illustrate functionality.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of proven Salesforce experience: Highlight the depth of your expertise.

Agile Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering a complete Salesforce project using Agile methodology.

2+ years of hands-on experience: Emphasize practical experience with LWC, Aura, and Apex.

Integration Expertise (Preferred): Demonstrate ability to integrate using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs.

SDFX Mastery: Proficient in using SFDX tools for efficient development and deployment.
Technical Skills:

Lightning Platform & Community Pro: Deep understanding and expertise in the Salesforce Lightning platform and communities.

Cloud Savvy: Proficiency in at least Sales, Service Cloud functionalities and/or broader cloud experience.
Soft Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
